What is included in my ticket?

Your ticket includes a guided Wild Art Journaling session,

5 mins free writing as the base to get the ideas flowing.
A short guided, clearing meditation
Paint or collage over the writing in layers (you will be guided).
You end up with your own unique abstract art work.

All creative prompts and use of materials during the workshop.

The workshop takes place at West Hove Studio in Hove, easily accessible from Brighton and surrounding East Sussex areas.

Do I need to bring materials?

All core materials are provided unless otherwise stated.

Is this workshop suitable if I am not confident at drawing?

Yes. This is about creative expression, not technical drawing ability. Think Scrapbooking with a paintbrush and scraps!
