Make your own Christmas cards and decorations with gelli printing

Explore the wonders of gelli printing to create your own beautiful Christmas cards and decorations. Gelli printing is a super versatile and accessible form of printing that can easily be done at home, as there's no need for a printing press. Using acrylic paints, this technique lets you have fun with colour and mark making to create unique, one-of-a-kind monoprints, from abstract designs and patterns to realistic images.

During the workshop you'll create an array of prints to turn into your own Christmas cards and decorations. By the end, you'll have explored a range of pattern and mark making techniques, including using laser prints and different media to lift the paint and create textures, and you'll take home cards and decorations for Christmas.

What's included

All materials and equipment, plus tea, coffee and biscuits. Aprons are provided, but acrylic paint can be difficult to wash out of clothes once dry, so wear clothes you don't mind getting paint on.

Who is it for?

All levels are welcome, from complete beginners to those with printing experience who want to add gelli printing to their mark making techniques. Suitable for adults and those 16+.
