PLEASE NOTE - We take a short video during the class to share the routine to a closed Whats App group as homework and sometimes for Social Media. If you do not want to be filmed please let us know at the start of the class so we can make sure to avoid filming you.

Cancellation Policy: Sorry but we cannot accept cancellations or refund tickets, please try to pass your ticket onto someone else if you can't make it.

What time is my Dance Camp session?

Dance Camp runs every Tuesday with two sessions available: 7–8pm and 8–9pm. Please select your preferred session time when booking your ticket.

What should I bring to this cardio dance workout?

Wear comfortable workout clothing and supportive trainers. Bring water and be ready to move — this is a high-energy cardio dance class.

Is this adult dance class suitable for beginners?

Yes. This class is beginner-friendly and choreography is taught step-by-step. You do not need previous dance experience to join.

How long is each class?

Each session lasts one hour and includes a warm-up, full routine choreography and a proper cardio dance workout.

What level of fitness do I need?

The class is aimed at adults with a general level of fitness. If you have any injuries or health concerns, please speak to Luke before the class begins.

Can I cancel or transfer my ticket?

Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend.
