Gelli Printing is a super versatile and accessible form of printing, which can easily be done at home as there is no need for a printing press. Using acrylic paints and a gel plate this inexpensive technique allows you to have fun with colour and mark making on an array of papers to create unique, one-of-a-kind monoprints full of texture and pattern.

During this workshop we'll be exploring how to use leaves with the gel plate to create layered images on different weights of paper choosing from an array of coloured and metallic paints . You will go home armed with prints. The images can be stand alone prints or be incorporated into your own artwork , though collage or by scanning and used digitally.

Gelli Printing, unlike many forms of printing yields quite quick results which makes it highly addictive.
