Collection: Sat 20th June 2026 - Therapeutic Communication using the Arts with Orange Collective

This workshop will be of benefit to artists who want to develop their therapeutic skills for holding a space for arts and wellbeing and for therapists who want to integrate creative approaches into their practice.

You will be introduced to basic therapeutic communication skills using the arts and have an opportunity to experience and practice these skills. We will explore the power of image and metaphor to communicate feelings and to facilitate self reflection and look at the transformational power of the arts.  This is an experiential workshop - all art materials will be provided. 

The day will include the co creation of a working agreement. We will work in pairs, small groups and as a whole group . There will be a lunch break of 1 hour and two 15 minute breaks.
